This dataset contains intracranial EEG (iEEG) recordings acquired during non-REM sleep, collected to support the development of a comprehensive model of high-frequency activity (HFA). It accompanies a forthcoming publication by Hatano and colleagues. Data were recorded at institutions in the United States and Japan.
A long-term intracranial EEG (iEEG) dataset from 8 epilepsy patients implanted with a responsive neurostimulation (RNS) system, recorded from bilateral epileptic lesion areas. Each recording contains 90 seconds of dual-channel iEEG around each stimulation, with stimulation markers and clinician-set stimulation parameters provided. The dataset supports study of changes in seizure onset patterns over the course of epilepsy and of iEEG changes following electrical stimulation.

A longitudinal wireless subdural electrocorticography (ECoG) dataset recorded from two fully implanted Japanese macaques (Macaca fuscata). Recordings were acquired several times per week using an inductively powered wireless implant across multiple tasks, including rest, pressing, reaching, listening, and sensory evoked potentials. The data are organized according to the iEEG-BIDS specification to support reproducible neuroscience research.
This dataset contains intracranial EEG (stereo-EEG) recordings acquired during 41 high-frequency electrical cortical stimulations that evoked negative motor responses. Data come from 23 patients undergoing presurgical evaluation for drug-resistant epilepsy. Each recording spans about 24 seconds around a stimulation and includes pre- and post-stimulation 5-second epochs, which were used for connectivity analysis. Stimulation contact pairs, current intensities and evoked effects are annotated in the events files.
A BIDS example dataset demonstrating annotation of intracranial EEG (iEEG) recordings with the HED schema library for SCORE (Standardized Computer-based Organized Reporting of EEG). It contains iEEG data from one subject recorded during clinical photic stimulation at Mayo Clinic. Events are annotated through an events.tsv column whose levels are defined as HED tags in the events.json sidecar, yielding machine-readable annotations validated with the BIDS and HED validators.
MetaRDK contains intracranial EEG (stereo-EEG) high-gamma activity from patients with pharmacologically intractable epilepsy performing a perceptual random-dot motion decision task followed by a confidence judgement. The data comprise average power modulation in five non-overlapping frequency bands between 70 and 150 Hz, segmented from trial onset to trial offset and sampled at 512 Hz. Behavioral tables (stimulus onset, response times, confidence, changes of mind) accompany the recordings to study the neural correlates of decision making and metacognition.

This dataset contains processed intracranial EEG recordings from frontal (middle frontal gyrus) and temporal (middle temporal gyrus) areas of 13 epilepsy patients performing a load-3 object working memory task. Trials are 6498 ms long (fixation, encoding, and delay periods) and include only those retained after artifact rejection. Per-subject trial indexes and behavioral performance tables are provided as source data.
