Effect of obesity on inhibitory control in preadolescents during stop-signal task. An event-related potentials study

This dataset comprises EEG recordings from 57 obese and non-obese preadolescents performing a stop-signal task designed to assess inhibitory control. Data were collected at the Arkansas Children Nutrition Center using a 128-channel Geodesic Hydrocell Sensor Net system, aiming to investigate event-related potential differences associated with obesity in preteens.
