This dataset contains anatomical T1-weighted MRI, raw multi-echo resting-state fMRI, and polysomnography (PSG) EEG recordings from healthy controls and patients with zoster-associated neuralgia (ZAN). It supports investigation of brain structure, functional activity, and sleep differences between HC and ZAN groups.
