Subthalamic and thalamic local field potentials during DBS in cervical dystonia (Wiest et al. 2022; derivative, DC-removed release at 4096 Hz)
Local field potential recordings from externalised octopolar deep brain stimulation leads in 7 patients with isolated idiopathic (cranio)cervical dystonia (12 hemispheres), spanning the subthalamic nucleus, rostral zona incerta and ventrolateral thalamus. Recordings were made 4-7 days after surgery, off medication, during stimulation delivered through the lead. Some patients also had scalp EEG, neck muscle EMG and accelerometer recordings. This derivative release is a BIDS repackaging of the original data at 4096 Hz, with DC offset removed by the original authors.
