Intracranial EEG recorded from clinical macroelectrode contacts of hybrid Behnke-Fried depth electrodes in 16 patients with drug-resistant epilepsy undergoing invasive monitoring. Participants passively watched an 8-minute edited excerpt of Hitchcock's "Bang! You're Dead" and then performed a new/old recognition memory test on 40 movie frames with confidence ratings. Electrodes targeted the amygdala, hippocampus and medial frontal cortex. This is an iEEG-BIDS conversion of the macroelectrode field potentials originally released in NWB format on DANDI (000623).

A BIDS-packaged derivative dataset of electrocorticography (ECoG) high-frequency activity (HFA, 70-150 Hz) recorded from 29 patients with pharmacoresistant epilepsy while they passively listened to Pink Floyd's 'Another Brick in the Wall, Part 1'. It provides the authors' preprocessed HFA at 100 Hz aligned to the 190.72 s song, together with electrode coordinates in MNI space and flags for noisy or epileptic channels. The raw ECoG recordings and the stimulus audio are not included. The dataset supports studies of music perception and stimulus reconstruction from human auditory cortex.

Stereo-EEG recordings from six adult male patients with drug-resistant epilepsy performing a visual awareness task with saccadic report. Near-threshold Gabor gratings were presented while patients reported perception via saccade direction, enabling study of prefrontal cortex involvement in the emergence of visual awareness. The dataset includes per-trial behaviour, defaced T1 MRI, and source data with post-implantation CT and eye-position/behaviour files from patients and 10 healthy controls.

Electrocorticography (ECoG) recordings from six patients with medically intractable epilepsy who passively listened to a two-deviant auditory oddball sequence of Mandarin syllables. The paradigm used a synthesized rising-level-falling tone continuum, with a cross-category deviant and a within-category deviant, to probe categorical processing of Chinese lexical tone. The data are reorganized into iEEG-BIDS from the original Zenodo release without signal processing.

Stereo-electroencephalography (SEEG) recordings from seven patients with drug-resistant epilepsy performing a visual working memory task. Depth electrodes were placed solely for clinical evaluation, and recordings were sampled at 2048 Hz, totaling about 6.2 hours across eight EDF recordings. This BIDS iEEG copy is de-identified and includes participant information such as seizure-onset zone and the contacts in the frontal eye field and hippocampus. It contains no events, behavioral files or electrode coordinates.

This dataset contains ictal and interictal stereo-EEG (SEEG) recordings from 8 patients with drug-resistant epilepsy, collected at the Epilepsy Center of Tsinghua Yuquan Hospital during pre-surgical monitoring. It is the example dataset of the BrainQuake toolbox for spatiotemporal SEEG analysis. Each patient has a 71-second seizure clip and an interictal segment of up to about 2 hours, sampled at 2000 Hz. The data are organized in iEEG-BIDS without signal processing.

Intracranial electrophysiology recordings from the ventral posterolateral (VPL) thalamus of macaques, collected with a 32-channel linear probe during transcranial focused ultrasound (FUS) neuromodulation and tactile stimulation. FUS was targeted either to VPL thalamus or to insular cortex while recording remained in VPL. The dataset includes spiking and local field potential recordings supporting a study of FUS effects on primate thalamic activity.

Long-term pre-surgical intracranial EEG (iEEG) recordings from 50 patients with pharmacoresistant epilepsy, acquired at the Sleep-Wake-Epilepsy-Center of Inselspital, University of Bern, in collaboration with ETH Zurich. The dataset comprises about 6672 hours of continuous recording with 460 expert-annotated electrographic seizures. Data are fully anonymized, with channel labels and electrode locations withheld, and are provided in BIDS format.
