…Resting-state EEG and trait anxiety. Imaging Neuroscience. https://doi.org/10…
EEG and behavioral data from 148 neurologically healthy adults performing an emotion processing and regulation task with static social and non-social images. Participants passively watched neutral or negative images or reappraised negative ones, then rated arousal and valence. The dataset supports examination of discrepancies between self-reported and neurophysiological markers of socio-affective responses in lonely individuals.
…Anxiety and depression were assessed with the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale…
EEG dataset examining whether hypervigilance to social threats in lonely individuals can be dissociated from altered perceptual decision-making. Behavioral data were analysed with Drift Diffusion Modelling and neural responses with event-related potentials. The dataset accompanies a Psychophysiology article on loneliness and social threat processing.

An EEG and behavioural dataset in which participants viewed images of scenes (stairs) and rated either their aesthetic properties (beauty, complexity, interestingness) or their appropriateness for a reading or social activity. The dataset investigates cortical responses to environmental affordances and the intention to act. It includes raw EEG, behavioural ratings extracted from EEG events, and the full stimulus set with identifiable file names.
…Temple University # Clinical Measures - State Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI-S) - DSM-5…
This dataset contains 64-channel EEG recordings from 99 young adults performing a visual roving oddball task with happy and angry face stimuli. Participants were grouped as lonely or non-lonely using the UCLA Loneliness Scale (Version 3) to test whether subjective loneliness is associated with altered automatic processing of social-emotional information, as indexed by ERP components. The dataset also includes post-session valence, arousal and dominance ratings of the faces, questionnaire measures, and preprocessed epoched derivatives.
…Participant-level questionnaire and trait variables are stored in `trait_variables.csv…
Raw 64-channel EEG, ECG, PPG and behavioral recordings from 30 healthy young adults (18–32 years) during resting state and a verbal working memory digit-span task with serial recall. The resting session alternated eyes-closed and eyes-open blocks followed by passive cartoon viewing. In the working memory task, seven-digit sequences were presented visually either simultaneously or sequentially at different rates and with different inter-stimulus intervals, allowing study of how presentation mode affects neural oscillations and peripheral physiology.
