Dataset of intracranial EEG during cortical stimulations evoking negative motor responses
ANAT iEEG ZarrThis dataset contains intracranial EEG (stereo-EEG) recordings acquired during 41 high-frequency electrical cortical stimulations that evoked negative motor responses. Data come from 23 patients undergoing presurgical evaluation for drug-resistant epilepsy. Each recording spans about 24 seconds around a stimulation and includes pre- and post-stimulation 5-second epochs, which were used for connectivity analysis. Stimulation contact pairs, current intensities and evoked effects are annotated in the events files.

EEG ZarrEEG recordings from 13 healthy participants performing an auditory oddball (P300) paradigm with target (1000 Hz) and non-target (500 Hz) tones at stimulus onset asynchronies between 60 and 600 ms. The study evaluated closed-loop Bayesian optimization and random search to find each individual's best stimulation speed for maximizing classification performance of a regularized LDA. The data comprise 31-channel EEG sampled at 1000 Hz, with an optimization part and a validation part.

Human es-fMRI Resource: Concurrent deep-brain stimulation and whole-brain functional MRI
ANAT FMAP FUNC iEEGThis dataset contains concurrent electrical stimulation and functional MRI (es-fMRI) recordings from 26 patients with medically refractory epilepsy who had intracranial electrodes implanted in cortical and subcortical sites. Selected electrode contacts were stimulated in a block design while whole-brain BOLD activity was recorded. The resource includes pre-operative and post-operative sessions, structural scans, resting-state scans, field maps, stimulation coordinates and parameters, and fMRIPrep and FreeSurfer derivatives.

ANAT MEG ZarrA multi-modal neuroimaging dataset combining structural MRI (T1w), magnetoencephalography (MEG), and EEG recorded during electrical median nerve stimulation at the right wrist. Participants responded to each stimulus by lifting the left index finger as quickly as possible, allowing study of somatosensory and motor responses. Anatomical fiducials were digitized to align MEG with MRI, and event triggers mark stimuli and finger-lift responses.
