tACS for Patients with Post-Stroke Anomia

This dataset contains EEG recordings from two chronic post-stroke patients with anomia (one left-hemisphere and one right-hemisphere lesion) who took part in an 8-week individualized transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) intervention. Stimulation and non-stimulation phases alternated every two weeks in a single-case ABAB design. EEG was recorded during a picture naming task across intervention and follow-up sessions to examine whether tACS improves naming accuracy and latency and whether the effects persist.
