…Subthalamic Nucleus Stimulation-Induced Local Field Potential Changes in Dystonia. Mov Disord…
VEPCON is a multimodal BIDS dataset with high-density EEG, structural MRI and diffusion-weighted imaging from 20 participants. Visual evoked potentials were recorded during face versus scrambled-face discrimination and coherent versus incoherent motion discrimination. Derivatives include preprocessed single-trial EEG, FreeSurfer outputs, multi-scale brain parcellations (83 to 1015 regions), structural connectomes, and EEG source-imaging inverse solutions, supporting multimodal methods development and structure-function studies.

This dataset contains simultaneous magnetoencephalography (MEG) and subthalamic nucleus local field potential (STN LFP) recordings from externalized deep brain stimulation (DBS) patients with Parkinson's disease. Recordings were acquired with and without dopaminergic medication during rest, static forearm extension (hold), and self-paced fist-clenching (move). The project aimed to characterize basal ganglia-cortex loop neurophysiology and how it is modulated by movement and medication.
MEG and structural MRI recordings from adolescents with major depressive disorder and healthy controls, collected for a pre-registered study of electrophysiological correlates of mood and reward dynamics. It includes a monetary gambling mood induction task (task-mmi3), pre-processed with bad channels and segments marked, and a 10-minute unprocessed resting-state scan from the same session. Anatomical MRIs are defaced and include co-registered fiducial coordinates.
EEG recordings from 25 patients with Parkinson's disease and 25 matched controls during resting state (eyes open and eyes closed) and a three-stimulus auditory oddball task. Patients were recorded twice, one week apart, once ON and once OFF dopaminergic medication, while controls were recorded once. Accelerometer data from the most tremor-affected hand are included, along with metadata spreadsheets and code to reproduce the associated paper.
