A multicenter dataset of interictal intracranial EEG (iEEG) recordings from de-identified epilepsy patients, with sleep or awake state annotated where available. Data come from NIH, Johns Hopkins Hospital and University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital, and include patients treated with resection/ablation or responsive neurostimulation (RNS). Derivatives include source-sink connectivity analyses and high-frequency oscillation (HFO) detections using RMS and Hilbert detectors.

The CHB-MIT Scalp EEG Database contains continuous scalp EEG recordings from pediatric patients with intractable epilepsy, collected at Children's Hospital Boston. Subjects were monitored for days after anti-seizure medication withdrawal to characterize seizures and assess candidacy for surgical intervention. The recordings include 198 annotated seizures, sampled at 256 Hz on the 10-20 system with bipolar montages. This version is a BIDS conversion of the original PhysioNet data, with seizure onset and offset annotations provided as events.

EEG recordings from healthy controls and participants with sub-acute mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) performing the Dot Probe Continuous Performance Task (DPX), a cognitive control paradigm. Session 1 took place 3 to 14 days post-injury, with follow-up sessions at about 2 and 4 months. The dataset includes task code and analysis scripts, and it experienced considerable participant attrition across timepoints. MRI was acquired only in Session 1 and is not currently included in this dataset; it is planned to be uploaded later.

A multimodal dataset of simultaneous 64-channel EEG, head-mounted eye-tracking, photoplethysmography (PPG), and galvanic skin response (GSR) recordings from 23 healthy adults. Participants took part in a naturalistic smartphone use condition and a standardized video viewing condition. Hardware TTL pulses synchronize the EEG and eye-tracking streams for temporal alignment across modalities.
