This dataset comprises EEG recordings from 33 participants who completed counterbalanced visual and auditory surprise tasks designed to probe electrophysiological markers of surprise-induced failures of perceptual awareness. The data support an ongoing study by Leong et al. examining how unexpected stimuli disrupt conscious awareness across sensory modalities. Some participants' data are incomplete due to exclusion at various analysis stages.
This dataset comprises behavioral event logs and intracranial electrophysiological (iEEG) recordings from a delayed free recall task, collected across multiple clinical sites in collaboration with the Computational Memory Lab at the University of Pennsylvania. Participants studied lists of visually presented words, performed arithmetic distractor tasks, and then freely recalled the words in any order. This preliminary cognitive electrophysiology study served as a predecessor to the later FR1 and CatFR1 datasets.
This dataset contains neuroimaging recordings from 29 participants investigating human brain responses to nociceptive stimulation. The study examines neural activity patterns during concomitant stimulation of Aδ and C nociceptors, contributing to understanding of pain processing mechanisms in the human brain.

This dataset contains non-invasive electrophysiological recordings from the human spinal cord in 30 healthy young adults during a temporal expectation paradigm. Subjects received electric median nerve stimulation preceded by an auditory cue with either fixed or variable timing, allowing investigation of whether temporal expectation modulates initial sensory processing at the spinal level. Recordings used a specialized multi-ring electrode montage around the neck to capture spinal cord signals.

This dataset comprises synchronized electroencephalogram (EEG), electrocardiogram (ECG), and pupillography recordings from 75 participants (36 young and 39 older adults) during auditory cued reaction time tasks and passive listening conditions. Participants performed a simple reaction time task and a go/no-go task, with EEG acquired at 500 Hz using 64 scalp electrodes, ECG recorded bipolarly from chest electrodes, and pupil data sampled at 240 Hz. The dataset is designed to investigate age-related differences in neural, cardiac, and pupillary responses during cognitive and perceptual decision-making tasks.
