InsurgentCivilian is an EEG dataset with HED (Hierarchical Event Descriptors) annotations, contributed by Johnson, Gordon, Touryan, and King. The README describes it only as a placeholder, so detailed information on the task, participants, and acquisition is not provided.
This dataset contains transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) combined with electroencephalography (EEG) recordings acquired to identify site- and stimulation-specific TMS-evoked potentials. It accompanies a study that applied a quantitative cosine similarity metric to distinguish TMS-evoked EEG responses across stimulation sites and conditions. The data are mirrored on NEMAR from OpenNeuro (ds001849).
DataSet1 is an EEG dataset originally deposited on OpenNeuro (ds002791) and mirrored on NEMAR. It was contributed by Mheich, Dufor, Yassine, Kabbara, Wendling and Hassan. The available documentation gives no further detail on the experimental paradigm or participants.
This dataset contains independent 3-second single-channel intracranial EEG (stereo-EEG) clips from St. Anne's University Hospital (FNUSA), annotated for classification of physiological and pathological graphoelements and artifactual signals. It is a BIDS conversion of the segmented .mat archives released with Nejedly et al. 2020. Clips from one subject and one SEEG contact are concatenated per run at 5000 Hz, with events preserving labels, anatomy, reviewer, seizure onset zone flag, and electrode type.
A BIDS conversion of a multicenter intracranial EEG (iEEG) dataset of 3-second single-channel clips for classifying graphoelements (physiological and pathological activity) and artifactual signals. Clips were recorded from stereo-EEG contacts at 5000 Hz and concatenated into runs per subject and contact. Events preserve the original labels, segment IDs, anatomy, reviewer IDs, seizure onset zone flags, and electrode types.
Stereo-EEG (intracerebral) recordings from 28 patients with refractory epilepsy during fast periodic visual stimulation, with natural object images presented at 6 Hz and faces as every fifth image (1.2 Hz) in the periodic condition, or at random positions in a non-periodic control condition. The dataset is a derivative release of the authors' Letswave files, low-pass filtered at 30 Hz and segmented into sequences, repackaged in BIDS (BrainVision) format. It supports mapping of face-selective responses in the human ventral occipito-temporal cortex.
EEG dataset from a visual working memory experiment in which participants judged whether a probe grating was rotated clockwise or counterclockwise relative to a memorized orientation. Color cues either predicted a 90° segment of possible orientations or gave no information about orientation. The dataset supports investigation of how diffuse predictions stabilize and reshape neural codes during memory encoding.
