A long-term intracranial EEG (iEEG) dataset from 8 epilepsy patients implanted with a responsive neurostimulation (RNS) system, recorded from bilateral epileptic lesion areas. Each recording contains 90 seconds of dual-channel iEEG around each stimulation, with stimulation markers and clinician-set stimulation parameters provided. The dataset supports study of changes in seizure onset patterns over the course of epilepsy and of iEEG changes following electrical stimulation.

Overnight simultaneous EEG-fMRI recordings from a pilot sleep study (sleep1) conducted at the Advanced MRI section of NINDS, NIH, around 2016-2017. Subjects were scanned for approximately 8 hours across two consecutive nights and were aroused at random intervals eight times per night. The dataset is the pilot for the later sleep2 study.

This dataset contains resting-state EEG recordings from 71 participants collected under two conditions: normal sleep and sleep deprivation. Session order was counterbalanced across participants. Recordings cover eyes-open and partially eyes-closed rest, and the dataset also includes measures of participants' sleepiness and mood states.

This dataset contains raw EEG and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) data from healthy adults, collected to test real-time, personalized brain state-dependent stimulation. Whole-brain activity patterns were decoded in real time to predict activation of the corticospinal tract, with motor evoked potentials as the outcome measure. The companion publication (Khatri, Pulliam, Manesiya, Cortez, Millán and Hussain, 'Personalized whole-brain activity patterns predict human corticospinal tract activation in real-time', Brain Stimulation, 2024) is in press and has no DOI yet.
