This case study records physiological and EEG data from a self-described practitioner of energy medicine who performed directed therapeutic intent on live and damaged cells. Across 60 double-blind treatment and control sessions, cell types (live, dead/x-rayed, or medium only) were randomized and concealed from both the practitioner and the experimenter. Matched control cells treated by a sham therapist provide behavioral measures of cellular outcomes.

Resting-state EEG recordings from healthy young adults (165 recruited, 140 in the final sample) collected to test whether intrinsic brain spatio-temporal dynamics, measured as EEG microstates, relate to executive functions. Session 1 contains 5 minutes of alternating eyes-closed and eyes-open rest recorded with a 64-channel BioSemi system. Session 2 contains behavioral data from nine executive function tasks. Raw 64-channel EEG, ECG, PPG and behavioral recordings from 30 healthy young adults (18–32 years) during resting state and a verbal working memory digit-span task with serial recall. The resting session alternated eyes-closed and eyes-open blocks followed by passive cartoon viewing. In the working memory task, seven-digit sequences were presented visually either simultaneously or sequentially at different rates and with different inter-stimulus intervals, allowing study of how presentation mode affects neural oscillations and peripheral physiology.

HAD-MEEG is a magnetoencephalography (MEG) and electroencephalography (EEG) dataset on human action recognition. It extends the Human Action Dataset fMRI resource (HAD-fMRI) and was recorded in the same 30 participants with the same stimuli, 21,600 video clips spanning 180 categories of human action. The millisecond temporal resolution of M/EEG complements the spatial precision of fMRI, enabling spatiotemporal study of the neural mechanisms of action recognition.

The MET dataset contains EEG recordings from 20 participants during a resting-state session and twenty music-listening sessions, each featuring a different song. Each music session lasts 130 seconds, with 5 seconds before onset, 120 seconds of playback and 5 seconds after offset. The data were recorded with a 128-channel system, then preprocessed and reduced to 66 channels, and are organized according to BIDS.
