An EEG dataset from the NeuroTechs group, collected in the context of STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) skills. Recordings were acquired with a Unicorn wearable EEG system through its Python API, and values are provided in microvolts. The dataset is organized according to BIDS with HED annotations.
Resting-state EEG recorded from 25 patients with Parkinson's disease enrolled in a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial of Neuroepo, an EPO formulation with low sialic acid content. Recordings were acquired before and six months after drug or placebo administration (Neuroepo n=15, placebo n=10). The raw data are shared in EEG-BIDS format to support evaluation of neuroprotective effects and qEEG biomarkers of disease progression.
Alljoined1 is an EEG dataset of neural responses to natural images presented in a rapid serial visual presentation paradigm, built for EEG-to-image decoding research. Eight healthy adults viewed images from the Natural Scenes Dataset (MS-COCO) while 64-channel BioSemi EEG was recorded across one or two sessions. This BIDS version contains raw BDF recordings of 960 shared images, event tables linked to stimuli, and epoched derivatives from the original authors.
EEG recordings from 52 participants (39 female) who took part in a 2x2 balanced placebo study of hypnosis. Each participant received conventional and unconventional (placebo) hypnotic inductions, each framed either as hypnosis or as a control relaxation technique. Data were recorded with a 64-channel EasyCap system and include pre- and post-hypnosis closed-eyes resting baselines. The dataset supports investigation of how framing affects hypnotic depth and its electrophysiological correlates.
Stereo-EEG recordings from six patients with medically refractory epilepsy performing a scene recognition memory task with concurrent EyeLink eye tracking. The dataset investigates how the human hippocampus rapidly coordinates effective learning during study and gaze-contingent recognition testing of natural scenes. It is a lossless iEEG-BIDS re-packaging of the authors' public Zenodo release, with electrode MNI coordinates and source data included.
This dataset contains multimodal recordings from an n-back cognitive workload task with four difficulty levels (1-back to 4-back). It includes 19-channel mobile EEG, ECG, and Pupil Labs eye-tracking and pupillometry data, synchronized with Lab Streaming Layer. Twenty participants were recorded and 18 are released, with two excluded for data quality failures. The data were converted from XDF to BIDS.
This case study records physiological and EEG data from a self-described practitioner of energy medicine who performed directed therapeutic intent on live and damaged cells. Across 60 double-blind treatment and control sessions, cell types (live, dead/x-rayed, or medium only) were randomized and concealed from both the practitioner and the experimenter. Matched control cells treated by a sham therapist provide behavioral measures of cellular outcomes.
This dataset contains longitudinal resting-state EEG recordings from 43 healthy adults across four sessions spanning about two years, with an average inter-session interval of 7.2 months. It was collected to evaluate the test-retest reliability of EEG measures processed with an automated pipeline combining independent component analysis and wavelet-enhanced artifact removal. The data support analyses of neural components, relative power in regions of interest, and the longitudinal stability of quantitative EEG.
Release 8 of the HBN-EEG dataset, the EEG component of the Child Mind Institute Healthy Brain Network project, organized in BIDS format. It contains EEG recordings and behavioral responses from 257 children and young adults (ages 5-21) performing six passive and active tasks: resting state, surround suppression, movie watching, contrast change detection, sequence learning, and symbol search. Events carry Hierarchical Event Descriptor (HED) annotations, and the participants file includes CBCL-derived psychopathology factors and quality-control results.
Release 2 of the HBN-EEG dataset, the EEG section of the Child Mind Institute Healthy Brain Network project, organized in BIDS format. It contains EEG recordings and behavioral responses from 152 participants aged 5-21 years who performed six passive and active tasks: resting state, surround suppression, movie watching, contrast change detection, sequence learning and symbol search. Events carry HED annotations, and the participants file includes quality-control results and psychopathology factors derived from the CBCL.
