Release 2 of the HBN-EEG dataset, the EEG section of the Child Mind Institute Healthy Brain Network project, organized in BIDS format. It contains EEG recordings and behavioral responses from 152 participants aged 5-21 years who performed six passive and active tasks: resting state, surround suppression, movie watching, contrast change detection, sequence learning and symbol search. Events carry HED annotations, and the participants file includes quality-control results and psychopathology factors derived from the CBCL.

This dataset contains cortico-cortical evoked potentials (CCEPs) recorded with electrocorticography (ECoG) during single pulse electrical stimulation in 74 patients aged 4-51 years. It was collected at the University Medical Center Utrecht as part of the RESPect epilepsy surgery registry and supports investigation of how signal transmission speed in the human brain develops with age. Data are organized in BIDS with electrode positions labeled by Destrieux atlas and transformed to MNI152 space.

This dataset contains 300 single-channel intracranial EEG segments (23.6 s each, 173.61 Hz) from five epilepsy patients, corresponding to sets C, D and E of the Bonn EEG dataset of Andrzejak et al. (2001). Sets C and D are seizure-free interictal recordings from hippocampal formations (opposite hemisphere and epileptogenic zone, respectively), and set E contains ictal activity. The data are a lossless BIDS re-packaging of the published text files, pooled under a single pseudo-subject because segment-to-patient mapping is unavailable.

The Brain Treebank is a large-scale dataset of intracranial (stereo-EEG) recordings from 10 epilepsy patients who watched Hollywood movies. Signals were sampled at 2048 Hz from 1,688 electrodes in total, across 26 movie trials and about 43 hours of data. The movie audio was transcribed with manually annotated word onsets, and each transcript was parsed into Universal Dependencies syntax trees. This makes the dataset a resource for studying the neural basis of naturalistic language. This record provides the data in BIDS-iEEG format.

This dataset contains simultaneous EEG-fMRI recordings, diffusion-weighted imaging, and behavioral data from 28 healthy adults performing a gradual-onset continuous performance task (gradCPT) that probes sustained attention. Resting-state (eyes open and closed), 15 Hz checkerboard, and imagery tasks are also included. Raw data and preprocessed derivatives are provided.

Scalp EEG recordings from 30 children and adolescents with focal or generalized epilepsy, acquired with the 10-20 system. The first three hours of sleep EEG were recorded, and 5-minute N3 sleep intervals were extracted and bipolar referenced. An automated, clinically validated detector was used to mark high-frequency oscillations (ripples, 80-250 Hz), which are candidate non-invasive biomarkers of epileptogenicity, so that age effects on ripple rates in pediatric epilepsy can be studied.
