Genuine cross-frequency coupling networks in human resting-state electrophysiological recordings (Siebenhuehner et al., 2020): SEEG and MEG connectomes (derivative)
This derivative dataset repackages the public Dryad release accompanying Siebenhühner et al. (2020). It provides per-subject connectivity matrices computed from 10-minute resting-state SEEG (59 epilepsy patients) and MEG (19 healthy participants, plus a 10-participant eyes-open/eyes-closed cohort) recordings. The matrices cover phase synchrony (PLV, wPLI), cross-frequency phase synchrony, phase-amplitude coupling and amplitude-envelope coupling, each with surrogate values. Supporting files, neuropsychological scores and figure plot data are also included. Raw recordings are not included.
