This dataset contains concurrent electrical stimulation and functional MRI (es-fMRI) recordings from 26 patients with medically refractory epilepsy who had intracranial electrodes implanted in cortical and subcortical sites. Selected electrode contacts were stimulated in a block design while whole-brain BOLD activity was recorded. The resource includes pre-operative and post-operative sessions, structural scans, resting-state scans, field maps, stimulation coordinates and parameters, and fMRIPrep and FreeSurfer derivatives.

A longitudinal EEG dataset of 19 healthy right-handed participants trained over four sessions on separate days to control a brain-computer interface. Participants used sustained right-hand grasping motor imagery versus rest to move a cursor on a one-dimensional two-target task with online visual feedback. Each session comprised six feedback runs, giving 14,431 trials in total. The recordings were made with a 74-channel EEG system alongside MEG and are organized in BIDS format.

This dataset contains EEG recordings from 34 participants (one session each) who viewed 242 object images, 121 challenge and 121 control images, selected from comparisons between human behavioural performance and AlexNet. The study examines adaptive recruitment of cortex-wide recurrent processing during visual object recognition. The derivatives folder contains outputs of the decoding analyses, including time-resolved decoding accuracy matrices for object identity (.npz).

A longitudinal wireless subdural electrocorticography (ECoG) dataset recorded from two fully implanted Japanese macaques (Macaca fuscata). Beetl2021-A is a preprocessed four-class motor imagery EEG dataset (rest, left hand, right hand, feet) from Task 2 of the BEETL Competition at NeurIPS 2021. It contains 63-channel recordings at 500 Hz from healthy participants playing an online BCI racing game (Cybathlon2020IC), with 1490 trials of 4 s each in a single session. It serves as a benchmark for transfer learning and domain adaptation across heterogeneous EEG datasets and subjects, and is re-hosted in BIDS format via the MOABB pipeline.

EEG recordings from children performing letter discrimination and visual search tasks involving the mirror-image letters b and d, collected in an embodied learning for literacy study. Each participant completed a pre-intervention discrimination task, an intervention-phase visual search task, and a post-intervention discrimination task. Participants were assigned to an intervention or control group, and events mark stimulus presentation of b and d letters, including practice trials.

This dataset contains non-invasive electrophysiological recordings from the human cervical spinal cord in 30 healthy young adults, collected to test whether temporal expectation influences initial sensory processing in the spinal cord. Participants received electric median nerve stimulation at the left wrist after an auditory cue, with the cue-stimulus interval either fixed at 1100 ms or varied randomly between 100 and 2100 ms. Participants silently counted rare double-stimulus trials (80 ms ISI) and reported the count at the end of each block.

This dataset contains epidural electrocorticography (ECoG) recordings from a single participant with incomplete tetraplegia, implanted with the WIMAGINE wireless chronic implant over left primary motor and sensory cortex. The participant executed or imagined right-arm reaching and wrist-extension movements, either singly or simultaneously (one executed, one imagined). The release is a derivative, comprising 1-250 Hz band-pass filtered signals from 32 channels across eight sessions, with trial events and M1/S1 electrode labels. It supports study of how motor imagination and execution are decoupled in orthogonal neural representations.
