This dataset contains multimodal recordings from 12 patients with idiopathic Parkinson's disease and bilateral subthalamic nucleus deep brain stimulation. Subthalamic local field potentials were recorded with a Medtronic Percept PC, together with 48-channel scalp EEG, surface EMG and APDM inertial sensor data. Recordings were made during sitting, standing and several walking tasks, including walking with stops and a dual task, after overnight medication withdrawal with stimulation off. The data support investigation of supraspinal mechanisms of gait impairment and freezing of gait.
This dataset contains simultaneous electroencephalography (EEG), electrospinography (ESG), electroneurography (ENG), and electromyography (EMG) recordings from 40 participants, together with electrocardiographic and respiratory signals. Four conditions were recorded: resting state with eyes open, mixed median nerve stimulation, mixed tibial nerve stimulation, and alternating median/tibial stimulation. ESG electrode positions are provided for each participant. The study was pre-registered on OSF.

Stereo-EEG epochs from 25 patients with drug-resistant epilepsy performing a task that alternated between external attention (visual search) and internal attention (questions about personal experiences). Epochs span -4 to +4 s around each task switch and include only bipolar channels assigned to the default mode network and dorsal attention network (Yeo-7 atlas). The data are the authors' preprocessed epochs, repackaged in iEEG-BIDS format as a derivative dataset.

Acute electrocorticography recordings from two epilepsy surgery patients at the University of Iowa, collected during a speech prediction task minutes before and after neurosurgical disconnection of the left anterior temporal lobe (a semantic hub). This derivative release provides 128-channel data at 1000 Hz, in downsampled and denoised (demodulated band transform plus first SVD component removal) versions. It also includes event codes and electrode localisation tables for studying the immediate neural impact of hub disconnection.
A derivative BIDS-iEEG repackaging of the processed stim-seizures release from the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. It contains seizure annotations (clinician-marked and LSTM model-derived), electrode localisations, patient metadata, and four preprocessed bipolar SEEG seizure traces from patients who received 1 Hz low-frequency electrical stimulation. No raw iEEG recordings are included. The data support analyses of whether stimulation-induced seizures can replace spontaneous seizures and of seizure-generating networks.

This dataset contains stereoelectroencephalography (sEEG) recordings from patients performing a forced two-choice response task in the epilepsy monitoring unit at Oregon Health & Science University. The data were analyzed in collaboration with the University of Oregon and were used to characterize movement-related oscillations in intracranial recordings. It is organized in BIDS format.
