Participants responded to each stimulus by lifting the left index finger as quickly as possible, allowing study of somatosensory and motor responses. Anatomical fiducials were digitized to align MEG with MRI, and event triggers mark stimuli and finger-lift responses.

MEG ZarrThis dataset contains simultaneous magnetoencephalography (MEG) and subthalamic nucleus local field potential (STN LFP) recordings from externalized deep brain stimulation (DBS) patients with Parkinson's disease. Recordings were acquired with and without dopaminergic medication during rest, static forearm extension (hold), and self-paced fist-clenching (move). The project aimed to characterize basal ganglia-cortex loop neurophysiology and how it is modulated by movement and medication.
