Intraoperative EEG dataset during medianus-tibialis stimulation with 8 different rates

EEG Zarr

Intraoperative EEG recordings of somatosensory evoked potentials (SEP) elicited by median and tibial nerve stimulation at eight different stimulus repetition rates. The dataset includes 14 adult and 4 pediatric subjects, with continuous EEG split into sessions by nerve and side and into runs by stimulation rate. Processed derivatives are also provided. The data were used to assess how stimulation rate affects the signal-to-noise ratio of short-duration SEP recordings.

Visual Oddball Task (256 channels)

ANAT EEG Zarr

High-density (256-channel) EEG recordings from a visual oddball selective attention task collected in 2004 at the Swartz Center for Computational Neuroscience, UCSD. The dataset extends an earlier 32-channel corpus using the same experimental paradigm, and adds scanned electrode positions and anatomical MRI to allow precise source localization. Events are annotated with HED tags.

BCI Competition 2020 Track 4 — Upper-limb grasping motor imagery

EEG Zarr

A preprocessed derivative EEG dataset from BCI Competition 2020 Track 4, containing motor imagery recordings of three right-arm grasping tasks (cylindrical, spherical, lumbrical) from 15 healthy subjects across three sessions. It provides 60-channel EEG at 250 Hz with 450 trials per subject, and is intended for evaluating session-to-session transfer learning in brain-computer interfaces. Data were notch filtered and epoched to the 4 s motor imagery window, and re-hosted in BIDS format via MOABB.

EEG

A multichannel EEG dataset of self-paced (freewill) reach-and-grasp movements recorded from 23 healthy right-handed participants across 49 sessions. On each of 6808 trials the participant freely chose one of four cups, two filled with water and two empty, and decided when to move. Recordings were made at 250 Hz with a 31-channel scalp EEG montage plus EOG and auxiliary channels, to support brain-machine interface research on natural motor execution.

Stereo-EEG epochs from 25 patients with drug-resistant epilepsy undergoing presurgical monitoring, recorded while they alternated between an external-attention visual search task and an internal-attention autobiographical question task. Epochs span -4 to +4 s around each task switch (external-to-internal or internal-to-external). They are limited to bipolar channels assigned to the default mode network and dorsal attention network by the Yeo-7 atlas. This is a BIDS repackaging of the authors' preprocessed release. The physical unit of the signal is not stated by the authors; channels are labelled µV as a curator assumption.
