Intracranial EEG (stereo-EEG) recordings from 22 patients with drug-resistant epilepsy undergoing presurgical evaluation, capturing responses to 115 high-frequency intracranial electrical stimulations that evoked visual hallucinations. Each recording spans 21 seconds around the stimulation, with events annotated by stimulated contact pair, current intensity, and evoked effect, classified into 14 clinical categories. The data support identification of brain networks underlying visual symptoms and creation of symptom-related activation and connectivity maps.

Ultra high-density 128-channel EEG recorded from 18 individuals with migraine (interictal) and 21 healthy controls. Recordings include steady-state visual evoked potential (SSVEP) and steady-state auditory evoked potential (SSAEP) tasks at 4 and 6 Hz, as well as eyes-open resting state. The data support analyses of cortical coherence abnormalities in migraine.
De-identified intracranial EEG recordings from 58 patients undergoing surgical evaluation for drug-resistant epilepsy at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Recordings used subdural grid, strip, and depth electrodes (ECoG) or stereotactically placed depth electrodes (SEEG), and include interictal and ictal periods. The dataset provides electrode localizations in ICBM152 MNI space, clinically determined seizure onset channels, and channels overlapping the resection or ablation zone segmented from the resection cavity.

[ recordings from 20 adult participants viewing simple geometric shapes such as hexagons, triangles and quadrilaterals. The dataset supports a study of how the human brain encodes geometric regularity, including symmetries and parallelism, and contrasts it with visual processing in convolutional neural networks and transformer models. It is released anonymized and defaced in BIDS format, alongside a companion fMRI dataset.

The Brain Treebank is a large-scale dataset of intracranial (stereo-EEG) recordings from 10 epilepsy patients who watched Hollywood movies. Signals were sampled at 2048 Hz from 1,688 electrodes in total, across 26 movie trials and about 43 hours of data. The movie audio was transcribed with manually annotated word onsets, and each transcript was parsed into Universal Dependencies syntax trees. This makes the dataset a resource for studying the neural basis of naturalistic language. This record provides the data in BIDS-iEEG format.
