This dataset contains multimodal recordings from 12 patients with idiopathic Parkinson's disease who have bilateral subthalamic deep brain stimulation (Medtronic Percept PC). Recordings were made after overnight withdrawal of dopaminergic medication with stimulation OFF, during sitting, standing, walking through a narrow corridor, walking with self-initiated stops, and walking with a dual task. Signals include bipolar subthalamic local field potentials, 48-channel scalp EEG with surface EMG, and inertial sensor kinematics, supporting study of freezing of gait.

Stereo-EEG recordings from a single drug-resistant epilepsy patient with a right posterior temporal periventricular nodular heterotopia (PVNH). High-frequency (43 Hz) stimulation of the PVNH elicited autoscopic hallucinations, and single-pulse electrical stimulation was used to map effective connectivity. The dataset supports multi-modal connectivity analysis of the network involving the PVNH, occipital and temporal neocortex, fusiform gyrus and parietal cortex.
EEG dataset from a Simon conflict task with a cost-of-conflict reinforcement manipulation, recorded in 28 patients with Parkinson's disease and 28 matched healthy controls. Patients were tested twice, one week apart, ON and OFF dopaminergic medication, while controls were tested once. Accelerometer data from the most tremor-affected hand are also included, along with task code and analysis scripts.
This dataset contains intracranial EEG (stereo-EEG) recordings acquired during 41 high-frequency electrical cortical stimulations that evoked negative motor responses. Data come from 23 patients undergoing presurgical evaluation for drug-resistant epilepsy. Each recording spans about 24 seconds around a stimulation and includes pre- and post-stimulation 5-second epochs, which were used for connectivity analysis. Stimulation contact pairs, current intensities and evoked effects are annotated in the events files.
Intraoperative recordings from 18 patients with Parkinson's disease undergoing subthalamic nucleus (STN) deep brain stimulation surgery, combining macroelectrode LFP from STN trajectories with subdural strip recordings over anterior and lateral prefrontal cortex. Participants performed a working-memory encoding task, viewing eight sequential digits and remembering only those inside a target shape. This derivative release contains band-passed, notch-filtered, downsampled and re-referenced iEEG data in BIDS format with trial-level events.

This dataset contains functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) recordings of prefrontal cortex activity from 20 participants (ages 21-46; 5 female, 15 male) in a driving simulator. Participants experienced fourteen types of highly automated driving scenarios, and the dataset accompanies scenario data and subjective danger ratings. It is intended to support study of prefrontal activity differences between low-risk and high-risk driving episodes, with potential application to brain-computer interfaces and improving safety of the intended functionality (SOTIF).
This fNIRS dataset captures brain oxygenation changes during exercise-induced hypoalgesia in 22 endurance athletes and 20 non-athletes. Participants completed high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and pressure pain tests while oxyhemoglobin was recorded over the prefrontal, sensorimotor and posterior parietal cortices. The data support comparisons of athlete and non-athlete neural responses to exercise and pain, and how these relate to pain perception.
