Subjective tinnitus severity correlates with objective changes in human auditory cortex as measured by functional near-infrared spectroscopy
Functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) recordings of human auditory cortex from participants with subjective tinnitus and matched controls. The dataset supports investigation of whether subjective tinnitus severity relates to objective hemodynamic changes in auditory cortex. Data were acquired with a NIRx NIRSport2 system and organized in BIDS format.
