The Dataset on Emotion with Naturalistic Stimuli (DENS) contains EEG, ECG and EMG recordings from 40 participants who were emotionally stimulated with naturalistic multimedia videos. The videos provide context for the situated conceptualization of emotions. Participants gave self-assessment ratings of valence, arousal, dominance, liking, familiarity, relevance and emotion category. The dataset also includes stimuli, code for data collection, validation and pre-processing.

This dataset supports brain signal-based emotion recognition. It combines magnetoencephalography (MEG) recordings from 23 participants who viewed 40 validated emotional video clips with a large-scale online behavioral survey of 500 respondents rating the same clips. Labels include Self-Assessment Manikin valence and arousal, discrete PrEmo emotion categories, and temporal highlight scene selections. Head digitization files with anatomical landmarks and HPI coil coordinates are provided for co-registration.

EEG dataset from forty participants who read an interactive story containing decision points. On each trial participants saw an item, made a yes/no decision, and received correct or incorrect feedback. The design compares a narrative condition, with story context at item onset and after feedback, against a nonnarrative condition with no such context. It is intended for studying how narrative context affects reward and feedback processing.
