nm000475 NEMAR-native dataset
s500-generic-44: Crossmodal face-name person-identity frequency tagging, SEEG of the left ventral temporal cortex (Volfart et al., 2020) (derivative)
Stereo-EEG (SEEG) recordings from the left ventral temporal cortex of patients with refractory epilepsy during a crossmodal frequency-tagging paradigm. Faces and written names of a famous identity were presented at 4 Hz, with a different identity inserted every 7th item (0.571 Hz). Face-only and name-only control conditions were also recorded. This derivative contains the authors' 30 Hz low-pass filtered, sequence-cut Letswave data for the 3 participants with non-empty files (Experiment 2 of the source article).

How to download
- The dataset
-
nemar dataset download nm000475Clones and fetches in one step. Content under stimuli/ and derivatives/ is skipped by default because those trees can be large; add --stimuli --derivatives for the whole thing. - A subset, one step
-
nemar dataset download nm000475 --subjects sub-01,02Also filters by --sessions, --tasks, --runs, --datatypes, --include and --exclude. - A subset, step 1
-
nemar dataset clone nm000475Clones git-annex pointers only; fetches no file content. Creates ./nm000475. - A subset, step 2
-
cd nm000475The get command below reads the clone's annex, so it only works from inside the clone. - A subset, step 3
-
nemar dataset get <files>Pulls the files you actually need. Skips stimuli/ and derivatives/ unless the path you ask for is under one of them. - One small file
- https://data.nemar.org/nm000475/v1.0.0/participants.tsv A direct HTTPS fetch works for any single file.
