Intracranial current source density (CSD) during epileptic seizures and interictal periods, one patient (Budapest)
Derivative dataset of intracranial current source density (CSD) traces from a single 20-year-old patient with drug-resistant epilepsy, comprising 18 seizure segments and 16 interictal segments. CSD was computed by the data authors from subdural ECoG at four sites (fronto-lateral Fl1 and Fl2, inferior-parietal iP, and fronto-basal Fb) and converted to BrainVision format. The data were used to demonstrate causal inference between dynamical systems in epileptic activity (Benkő et al., arXiv:1808.10806). The mapping of the contact names in the files (GrB6, GrE2, GrF4, FbB3) to the paper's region labels is not stated by the source and remains uncertain.

How to download
- The dataset
-
nemar dataset download nm000394Clones and fetches in one step. Content under stimuli/ and derivatives/ is skipped by default because those trees can be large; add --stimuli --derivatives for the whole thing. - A subset, one step
-
nemar dataset download nm000394 --subjects sub-01,02Also filters by --sessions, --tasks, --runs, --datatypes, --include and --exclude. - A subset, step 1
-
nemar dataset clone nm000394Clones git-annex pointers only; fetches no file content. Creates ./nm000394. - A subset, step 2
-
cd nm000394The get command below reads the clone's annex, so it only works from inside the clone. - A subset, step 3
-
nemar dataset get <files>Pulls the files you actually need. Skips stimuli/ and derivatives/ unless the path you ask for is under one of them. - One small file
- https://data.nemar.org/nm000394/v1.0.0/participants.tsv A direct HTTPS fetch works for any single file.
